Solanum lycopersicon (75-80 days; indeterminate) Intensely red, beautifully rounded 7-8 oz fruit with uniform size, strong skin, and a rich, sweet tomato flavor with good acidity. Originally bred by J.C. Walker at the University of Wisconsin in the 1940's, it is highly productive, thriving in a wide range of growing conditions. This makes it a wonderful market and home gardening tomato, ideal for salads, cooking, canning, and freezing.
