CERTIFIED ORGANIC, HEIRLOOM SEED, 1 packet (100 seeds)
Pisum sativum (55 days) A classic heirloom first offered in 1881 by D. M. Ferry & Co. of Detroit, Michigan. Their catalog described it as "the most desirable of all the edible pod peas". Crisp petite 2.5” pea pods are loved in the kitchen for flavorful stir-fries, salads, and as garnish.
Strikingly beautiful bi-colored pastel purple and pink flowers and graceful twirling tendrils add an ornamental element to the vegetable garden. The edible flowers have a mild, pea-like flavor; a colorful addition to salads, desserts, or cake adornment.
